Step 3 Memorial Wording/Inscriptions

- You provide your thoughts in relation to the wording you and your family wish to appear on the monument.
- If you are unsure of wording, we can provide a selection of quotations to assist.
- Upon receipt of the proposed wording, and any additional requirements; we will provide a written quotation and initial design layout.
Step 4 Quote acceptance

- Upon acceptance of the quotation, the acceptance form is signed and deposit paid.
- Once the deposit has been received, we will further assist in refining the design and wording layout as final confirmation prior to commencement of production.
Step 5 Placing your order

- Dependent upon your selections, monuments can take to 16 weeks to build, ready for installation.
- Should you require a monument for a special occasion with a reduced lead time, we can expedite delivery of goods utilising air freight. Additional fees apply.
Step 6 Finalisation

- The final invoice is due for payment upon completion of the monument installation.
